The overall job purpose: Working with a database of existing and former clients to procure sales. .

Candidate profile:
• At least six (6) months experience in Tele-Sales
• Ability to close sales
• Excellent spoken and written English

• Strong communication skills

• Academic Qualification: Minimum of S.6
• Ability to resolve customer complaints relevant to PCL
• Product Knowledge
• Achieving sales targets
• Team Player
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Computer knowledge

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 6

Level of Education: High School
