Job Title: 2 School Bursars
Report to: Head Teacher.

Job Summary: The School Bursar contributes to the financial viability of the school, carrying out key transactions to support school programs and oversees the financial management system; He/ She then ensures that financial infomiation is captured for timely reporting, is retrievable and that financial, logistical resources to accomplish its strategic and tactical objectives are traceable, and accounted for. In addition, for ensuring that all resources are managed according to best practice and comply with school policies and the laws of Uganda.

Minimum Requirements:

• A Hons degree in Finance and Accounting from a recognized university.
• A specialism in management accounting;
• AGGA, GPA etc.
• Minimum of 3 years supervising a busy accounting team in school setting environment.
• Having worked within an international school or setting. Excellent excel and spread sheeting skills and knowledge of Nayision accounting & enterprise resource planning system. Good knowledge and ahility to write reports in Quick books.
