Position Wanted: Local Sales Representative or sales manager

Description of Job duties:

Based in Kampala,

Required to actively promote our products in your country. Responsible for developing and generating sales by visiting end-users, digging distributors, attending exhibitions, to increase brand coverage and its market share.

Key responsibilities:

1) To collect detail information on customers’ demand and competitors’ data.

2) Responsible for sales in Uganda. Establishes, develops and maintains strong partner relationships with Clients.

3) To make developing strategy according to the market status.

4) Ensures achieving assigned sales volume and meets the profitability objectives.

5) Priority to who has experience of the medical disposables sales.

Qualification:

• Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• 1-5 years sales experience in medical industry, it is preferred in the industries of interventional cardiology, or hemopurification disposables or infusion disposables
• Having existing and relevant sales network resource is a plus, have experience in disposable medical products; having the network of disposable medical products is preferred
• High energy, self-motivated and ambitious about getting results
• Languages: Local Language(fluent), English (fluent in speaking and written)
