Successful applicants will be those first to pass two tests. The first test requires the ability to connect with our other developers using Viber (therefore Apple users need not apply) and IRC. The second is a development project of up to one day to prove substantial knowledge of Laravel techniques, in-code documentation and tests (so that we avoid time wasters getting to interview).

As a result of COVID-19, for personal safety you will be distance-working from home. You will accordingly be honest and personally well managed. For chosen developers, there’s a decent income. Wage rises and overtime opportunities come fast according to ability, and there are work related bonuses.
